Mad Men Season 1 is out on DVD and it comes in a metal case that looks like a Zippo lighter. If I ever have the craving to start smoking all I need to do is watch the first five minutes of an episode of Mad Men to quickly quell any desire to fire up a nasty old Camel. The use of Cinematic Orchestra as the score does not hurt either.
